Reception at each of our Offices/Chapels of Rest is staffed by our dedicated Chapel Carers during the hours 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. They will deal with your enquiries, visits and introduce you to our Funeral Directors according to your needs.

If your visit is to spend time in the Chapel of Rest with your loved one then, for your privacy, we do ask that you make a prior appointment with the Chapel Carer concerned, so that he/she can devote that time to you.

We also recognise that our families may have need of our services at weekends and during the night and we have dedicated staff available on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You can be assured that a telephone call, at any time, will be answered by a member of our own staff who will then ensure that the appropriate people respond to your requirements as soon as possible.
